DIRECTIONS FOR STUDENTS PURCHASING PROM TICKETS
- One guest per table is responsible for collecting all payments into an envelope. These envelopes are available from Ms. Hoekstra and Ms. Ciufo in the English Department starting on Monday, May 2nd, during Periods 3B, 3C, 4, and after school.
- Tickets are $85 each on Monday, May 9th and Tuesday, May 10th.
- Tickets are $90 each on Wednesday, May 11th and Thursday, May 12th.
- AT LEAST 8 PAYING GUESTS ARE REQUIRED TO START A TABLE.
- If a guest (in addition to the eight required to start a table) wishes to pay at a later date, they may do so but at the corresponding price.
- Guests may pay by credit card or debit with Ms. Hannan in the main office. Include the receipt in the envelope.
COMPLETING AN ENVELOPE
- Print the name and homeroom of the student in charge of collection/submission for the table.
- Print names of all guests CLEARLY.
- Identify any dietary restrictions.
- Indicate the method of payment (cash, debit, credit card -- NO CHEQUES)
- Each guest must read the Contract of Good Behaviour. Each guest then prints and signs their name on the Contract.
- Each guest completes a "most likely to" ballot and includes it in the envelope.
- The student in charge of collection will be given the tickets (and receipt for each student) and will sign off to indicate they have received the tickets for their fellow guests.
